Unfortunately, Twilight is now going to be more expensive then the rest. I can’t find the color of her fleece at any of my local stores and so I have to order it online which doubles the price of the body material. And I won’t substitute it for a cheaper lilac or lavender cuz its truly one of my pet peeves when the color/hue/tone is sacrificed for something cheaper.

I’m a painter and I take pride in finding the closest possible color I can find. Since the first choice I found was perfect, i’m going to try my very best to find the same or close as I can possibly find online.

No offense to anyone that makes plushies and stuff, this is just my personal thing I strive to get right.

Did you ask the local store if they can special order that color specifically for you?? In my experience, ma&pop stores are really willing to go the extra mile to please a customer, especially if he/she’s a regular.

I tried looking online for the color, unfortunately my local stores consist of Hancock and Joanns. I don’t have the number for it that they use in the store unfortunately so they can’t special order it for me.  And someone came in and bought all the purple 3 weeks ago and they haven’t restocked it since (I kid you not). I’ve been going in every week to check to see if they have it in, but they don’t. I’m going to try and hold off getting it online, do the rest of my inventory hopefully it will come in during this time. but it is not looking good and I can’t wait too much longer.

Awww…that really sucks. :/ Maybe you can find out when they order their supplies and when they usually restock? Then you can get an idea of how long you can wait and if you should cave in and order online so you can make enough Twilights by ACen.

I’ll see you at ACen, right! I haven’t been there in 6 years (I heard last year’s attendance was twice the attendance in 2006, when I was there last). I’m going to be cosplaying as Pinkie Pie, and my BFF will be either Fluttershy or Applejack (she hasn’t decided yet). We’ll make sure to stop by your booth!

I’m just going to try my best. And hopefully find the material in time. I’ll keep stopping by every week to check their shipment.

Yes! I love Acen! It’s my second fave con that is slowly becoming my favorite! I’m really looking forward to seeing everyone there.  And this will be the first time i’ll have a booth (Hopefully not the last).  Please stop by my booth! I personally love AJ, being from farmland, I can relate.
